My 1st professional cake


Too tired to type in Chinese ....

So, Maggie and I went to C'est Bon Cake to have our first lesson there today....
A small cake school with capacity of 12 students at a time,
but ours just got 5, so there were plenty of spaces....



The instructor was a guy... called Fai Sir...
rumours on the internet said that he is very "inch"...
but I think he is pretty okay..... he got attitudes....

He taught us a lots of things other than the course content....
well... as he spoke v.fast, I don't quite get all the things....


the first half leson was so busy and we couldn't stop and take photos...
so .. what you can see are the decoration parts only....

I know how to make Chocolate leaves... so interesting...
and the way of melting chocolate is very complicated...
not those ppl said just put the lump in microwave or melt with hot water...
there are tricks...



So, I think I can learn quite a lot from Fai Sir, 
and definitely will go there again very son...
