I bought a box of 史雲生清雞湯, the one is for making 海南雞飯.... I used half of the box for the rice cooking and the other half for the boiling the Brocolli
Originally, we wanna to have the 2 big pieces only,
but the lady in the market added the small one to us, (without asking us!!!)
and we have to pay for that (Total: HKD 36)...
ERIC and I were so puzzled...
but 99 said that's the norm in the market...
as most of the people just want to buy the perfect piece, and the tail part is left....

Anyway.. it tasted really really good with WASABI !!!!
