alright, so i didn't manage to cook for almost 2 months......
and made this easy and fast scallop spaghatti lwith white mushroom sauce last weekend


brown mushroom are cut in 1cm thick
we like to make it thicker, so they don't shrink to too thin after cooking

frozen scallops are marinated with white pepper and salt just before cooking,
which tasted really good !!!
(remember to remove water with paper towel, and pan-fried to brown on both sides)

i am now always amazed those working women who can still manage to cook after work,
i am always exhausted every day after 6pm.
i should cook more in the future.........
