九份 is located east to the Taipei downtown
we need to take a train to 瑞芳 first (about an hour ride) and get transit

we took taxi from 瑞芳 to 九份
(or some people can take buses)


it used to be a shooting place of a famous Taiwan movie called >
tho' i have no idea what this movie about
it's a very nice spot for photo shooting






my wide lens does make this small food shop looks big
it's always crowded with lots of tourists


they serve famous fishballs(from the travel guide) and small dishes



i don't really have a feel to these....
seems HK fishballs suit my taste more.....

tradition facial in China/ Taiwan, 
using a powdered sewing thread to remove hairs on your face,
which claims to minimize pores....
we can still see that in HK, but very rare.
this guy is brave.
